I've been a customer of Scott's for the last 2 years and have utilized their preventive maintenance plan on my new A/C unit in which they come out every 6-months. Scott's helped me through the ordeal of losing my A/C right as temperatures were getting unbearable outside. It was time to replace the unit, but it was going to take four days to order the parts and get it installed. The owner offered to supply me with a small, portable A/C unit, so that at least the bedroom would be cool and I could sleep (and my very expensive fish would not die). The technicians who installed the system, Dominick and Christian R, were very friendly and knowledgeable. More importantly, I could tell that everyone at Scott's seemed to have my best interests at heart, unlike the much larger company I recently dealt with. Overall, Scott's made what could have been a rather disastrous situation a pleasant event, and I ended up being very satisfied with the new system.
