Scott’s Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for several Install Helpers who are looking to develop their skills in the field of residential HVAC installations. We are looking for energetic, team players with a commitment to quality and exceptional customer service.

MUST be able to perform the following technical duties:

  • Looking for residential HVAC Install Helpers who are willing to learn rough-in, installation, trim, and start-up
  • Prior residential HVAC installation experience a plus

Qualified candidates should have:

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to take direction from others on a job site
  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong focus on customer service and an intense commitment to quality
  • A positive “can-do” attitude

Scott's helped me through the ordeal of losing my A/C right as temperatures were getting unbearable outside. It was time to replace the unit, but it was going to take four days to order the parts and get it installed. The owner offered to supply me with a small, portable A/C unit, so that at least the bedroom would be cool and I could sleep (and my very expensive fish would not die). The technicians who installed the system, Dominick and Christian R, were very friendly and knowledgeable. More importantly, I could tell that everyone at Scott's seemed to have my best interests at heart, unlike the much larger company I recently dealt with. Overall, Scott's made what could have been a rather disastrous situation a pleasant event, and I ended up being very satisfied with the new system.
