Scott’s Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for several Install Helpers who are looking to develop their skills in the field of residential HVAC installations. We are looking for energetic, team players with a commitment to quality and exceptional customer service.

MUST be able to perform the following technical duties:

  • Looking for residential HVAC Install Helpers who are willing to learn rough-in, installation, trim, and start-up
  • Prior residential HVAC installation experience a plus

Qualified candidates should have:

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to take direction from others on a job site
  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong focus on customer service and an intense commitment to quality
  • A positive “can-do” attitude
