Scott’s Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for several Senior Service Technicians who specialize in residential service and maintenance. We are looking for energetic, team players with expert-level skills (at least 3+ years of HVAC service experience) and a commitment to quality and exceptional customer service.

MUST be able to perform the following technical duties:

  • Diagnose most HVAC system problems and recommend repairs
  • Advanced skills in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment
  • Experience making repair and replace decisions
  • Perform planned maintenance visits on residential and light commercial equipment
  • Able to work on a wide range of equipment and manufacturers
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical and refrigeration principles
  • Ability to communicate well with homeowners, general contractors, vendors and co-workers
  • Outstanding customer service skills required
  • Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
  • NATE certification preferred

Several months prior I worked with Craig on getting one of several quotes for our aging system. I felt very comfortable with Craig and Scott's overall. A few major storms blew through and we decided to wait a bit longer till the system died and could leverage a home warranty we had. Luck would have it that this occured on the first major cold snap right before thanksgiving. It was black Friday (months later) and I texted Craig. He responded quickly and got the ball rolling so I could be warm(or cold depending on the day) again.Install day came and the installers were polite, efficient, and clean.Post install support is awesome as well. I thought I heard an issue with the outdoor unit a week later and they sent someone right over and gave it a full sanity check.I'm so glad to have gone with Scott's and will recommend them to all my friends should they have any needs for their HVAC systems.
