My heating had not been working for a long time, which is fine because this is Florida and I very rarely use heat. But with all the cold recently, I decided to get it fixed. Scott’s was able to send someone out the next day to figure out the issue, and Christian came out and was able to figure out the issue. A part did need to be ordered, which was available for installation the following day. Overall, the process was very smooth and everyone was polite and professional.

Dan Kelly is such a knowledgeable technician. He truly cares about the customer experience. Being in the service industry myself, I can see how much he cares and pours himself into each problem we've encountered. He easily diagnoses other technician errors and gets them fixed rapidly. Big Ups to Dan, we really appreciate him!
